Returns & Exchanges
We put our hearts into everything we make and we want you to be as delighted with your new Persimmon Peak product as we are. If a product does not meet your expectations or you'd like to exchange it for a different size or style, let us know as soon as possible so we can work to make it right.
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of item. Please contact me directly to initiate a return: firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You may be asked to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item. If the error was ours, we'll provide a return label for your item.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and will be processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item. You will be refunded in full, minus any shipping charges.
Items NOT eligible for a return or refund include: custom artwork, custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards.
To begin the exchange process, first return your new, unused item per our return policy above. We'll notify you when your return is received so you can place an order for the item you'd like instead.
During the returns process, let us know you'd like to exchange your item for another size or style and we'll provide a code for free exchange shipping.
